"-rent has been raised twice in the last year. -tenants use their garages as workshops and party rooms - overcrowded parking -the heat is actually shut off half the year -wont replace damaged appliances unless they are not working completely -no privacy as the garage fronts where people congragate are in direct view of all bedroom windows -balconies are unusable due to hornet infestation - management will not call exterminator because of cost - playground is full of cat and rodent feces and garbage"
