"We have loved the Carlton thus far. Abi and the entire staff has been fantastic. The amenities and site is clean, well decorated, and thoughtful. The other residents are friendly. The only suggestions that would enhance the luxury experience would be: • The Starbucks coffee bar to offer lattes or mochas and syrups instead of just decaf and black coffee. (even if paid as it is outside of business hours already). • The hot tub to be open till 10:00pm."
"The Carlton has been such a good experience for me, it is so convenient to be in a location so close to food, the mall, and gas stations. Corie Jo and Abi have been amazing in the move in and leasing process! I was a little bit confused on how everything worked and they always had an answer for all of my questions! Nice to know I have managers who are passionate about their jobs and bring a positive energy! The property is very up to date and modern! I would highly recommend!"
"The Carlton at Dawley Farm is a lovely community to live in. Its in an excellent location on the booming east side of town, they have it all including a complementary Starbucks in the morning for FREE!! They have a pool, hot tub, secure package room, full fitness room guest suite and great management to boot! Corie Jo and Abi help make our community a diamond among pearls, wouldn't want to live anywhere else!"
"Management is aware of drug use in parking lot and the building often smells of marijuana. There are many theft incidents at this property. They charge you fee to park in the underground garage which is supposed to be secure but when theft occurs it is the tenants fault. There are many pet owners and there is pet urine and feces often left around the building. With the theft issues and drug odors I would not recommend especially if you have kids."
