"Like the location. Residents are quiet but company that manages it does not seem to care about any issues. I have emailed, texted, called and left maintenance requests and get no answers and can not talk to a real person. Very frustrating."

"I am moving out soon and figured I would write a review about the apartments here. I'll start off by saying that I've always hated apartment living, but this place has made it quite bearable. Having been in other apartments I feel that this building is built much better than any of the new ones out there, as an example my neighbor can be heard jamming out to some music and singing along quite loudly when I'm in the hallway but as soon as I enter my unit and shut the door the noise is gone. Other things in the building that I found made it better than some others include the forced air NG furnace and central AC that each individual apartment has which find much better than baseboard electric heat / window unit AC / central boilers you can find in some complexes. The in unit laundry was also important to me, no running down the hall with a bag of quarters to find that the machines are all in use by someone else - nope - just throw the clothes in the wash and carry on with your day. Location, this has been my favorite place I've lived thanks to location. This won't apply for everyone but here I found myself walking distance to work, 2 blocks from the bike trails, easy walking distance to downtown, etc. My car has found itself sitting in the garage a lot because I've found it just don't need it much living here, I really enjoy that. Overall I think this place is a bit of a gem when it comes to apartments - the kitchen is small, and I didn't like that, my unit also had a couple quirks that wouldn't apply to other units based on it's location in the building, but otherwise it has been great."
