Whitter Apartment (new management company)

"Pretty easily Navigated ; but wish that which side of the Street that the stops are shown clearly. Some streets are very hard to cross for the slow person:-)!"

"Roach infested. Management aware and I was not informed. Exterminator doesn't follow up with pest control. Unless you don't have a choice don't live here."

"Honestly, if I could rate this apartment complex as a zero star, I would 100% We didn't get to see this apartment before we moved in, property management never disclosed the bug (roach) infestation, and I'm talking INFESTED. We were told exterminators were coming in 2 weeks when we asked, the exterminators never showed up, and I went down to the office and asked when they were supposed to come, she told me in 2 weeks... Again they never showed up... My boyfriend had to fix our shower drain, (it was clogged, and we told the property manager right away to get maintenance over to fix it) they never showed up. Fruit flies coming out of our drains, called the property managers, and the maintenance guy showed up with bleach... That's not going to stop or kill the fruit flies... Honestly this place needs to get shut down and burned down (to kill the roaches) and then rebuild a nicer low income housing unit on it."

"Good care for 3 years wasn't bad but when the new people came into by the buildings and they brought in the riff Raff they figured everybody qualified to be here and they didn't that's when the when the people are breaking into the machines the washing machine then we had problems"
