"Unable or unwilling to enforce noise violations. If you're like me, you got stuck with an unruly upstairs neighbor, which wakes you up every single night of the week, whether it's because of them or their two dogs. You leave a note on their door to keep it down, they don't. You write to property management to keep it down, they don't. You provide evidence of the unruly behavior, nothing is done. You get fed up with the noise after being woken up again at 5 am in the morning and bang on the ceiling with a broom to notify them this is intolerable. You write to property management again because the problem persists. You wake up only to receive a response from property management saying you have been complained about from the upstairs neighbor for the broom bang on the ceiling. If you're like me, you signed a lease from hell, and won't be getting a sound night of sleep until it's over. Since Graystone charges extra for pets, the treatment I’ve received from this issue leads me to believe they’re siding with the two dog tenants because they rake in more money from them. P.S. It seems a little suspect that a lot of accounts that give a glowing 5/5 review also gave Real Property Management Express (Graystones owner) 5/5 with minimal/no review history. Seems like one could be artificially inflating their numbers to attract out of town prospects, such as myself. I know this is how I got sucked into signing a lease, by looking at Google reviews."

"Caitlin deserves all the stars I could give but I have to do a honest review first. This place is not idea of “Luxury Living” I thought at first. Parking outside is hectic so you definitely don’t wanna skimp on a garage, the apartments themselves are nothing too extravagant and it is not without those sneaky non refundable move in fees all apartments do. For the price, you can definitely find a nice townhome or something with more space. The best and main reason I’ve been happy with my stay despite all of this is the amount of extra effort the manager Caitlin puts into her job. From day one she has been incredibly helpful and flexible with me. I travel for work so she helped me with the key arrangements during off hours on the weekend when I could not come in sooner. She assisted me with my apartment maintenance. I text her a concern and she gets back to me within the hour during her work days. A tech issue in the theatre room, she looked into it for me. A package was misplaced and policy said that it was soley my responsibility, she still looked at the cameras and hunted it down for me. She planned a thanksgiving potluck that just makes my stay that much more special. She is probably the most luxurious part of the establishment if I’m being totally honest. If I stay for work I’m definitely sticking around."

"Haley was great. She was very kind and patient. We had tons of questions and she answered them all. She was very easy to talk to and made it a pleasant experience. The property is beautiful very clean and quiet. The 2br 2 bath we looked at was amazing. Very open, clean and tons of storage space. We will defiantly be looking to rent at this property."
