"Gabby was our representative during moving-in at Gladstone . Gabby made the process very seamless. She walked us through every step and assisted in setting pre-move in service. Awesome support!!"
"Moved in back in December of 2022 and lease is up January of 2023. My time here has been phenomenal; management were always respectful and polite, though they can be a little difficult to get a hold of. That is just because they tend to always have clients in the office; despite that, any and all requests were performed in a timely manner. Maintenance requests are simple and they are very quick to respond to a request. Weekly pest control is always available on a specific day of the week and very consistent. Trash service is consistent and they are very efficient and polite. Overall; I give this stay 5 stars!"
"Quiet, Safe, Cozy place to live. This townhome complex is Amazing. I moved to fieldstone from out of state and was very nervous not being able to see the area or apartment before hand. My first “go to” to get more info was google reviews because I know all the negative Nancy’s or upset people flood the reviews. The things that I found reading reviews were a little alarming, after living in fieldstone I found that most reviews that I have read were completely different from my actual experience. First off under No circumstance are they Racist. The leasing office (Ms. Diane)walked me thur the entire process and made me feel like I had family at my new location before I even moved in. I did want to add that my credit score was not the highest by far when I moved, BUT I did not have utilities nor previous properties owed. Fieldstone does an amazing job in tenant selection. The unit that I lived in were full of caring hardworking people with respectable careers. One thing that I did not like was the closeness of the units, but that same closeness helped me gain life long friends in a new state. If I were to list all the ways that this property has accommodated me I would literally have to write a novel. I am big on treating people fairly, being polite, and caring, this property definitely does that and more."
"Beware, they have low ratings for a reason. I was told lies about when the patio homes would be available and which ones. They told me one thing in person but when they received my application and application fees I was told something different. After this happening I still decided I was interested. Application, money order and paycheck stubs had been sent. This week they call and tell me they need verification from my employer that my salary would be same when I moved there from GA. My husband and I were working with HR to get this information even though we had already sent in paycheck stubs. Received an email yesterday stating that if they didn’t get the information by Friday at noon they would cancel my application. My HR sent an email to them but they said it wasn’t enough. So Friday at 10:27am they called and stated my application was canceled and considered incomplete due to them having other applicants. No where on the application did it state that I needed verification from my employer regarding my move. I could have gotten this information if told sooner. It takes time to get information from HR. In short, beware. They treat you nice in person but once they get your application and fees the story changes. I remember seeing them on the news regarding racial discrimination but thought I would give them a chance. Don’t be like me."
"Attempted to work with them on a rental. Was told the requirements are a 520 credit score and no evictions.I paid the 70 dollar Money order. Then was turned down due to my wife having a collection on a 6 year old electric bill. Her credit score was a 615 and mine was 720. Don't waste your money here if you have anything on your credit."
