La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Little Rock - Bryant 408 West Commerce Street, Bryant, AR 72022

"Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Paper thin walls, unacceptably tiny flat pillows, and the cleaning staff is clearly skipping the cleaning. Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I heard the TV from the next room over when I first settled into the room. Then I heard neighbors across the hall through the door walking in and out for hours. Then at 2:36am as I write this review, I could clear as day hear a man behind the wall I lay my head at snoring. I can literally hear every loud ragged snarled breath he takes. He and I might as well have split the damn bill because we are sharing this hotel room. The towels in the bathroom have stains on them and so do the bed sheets. I wish I would’ve kept driving. Now I pray I get any sleep at all and when I wake up I have enough energy to make the rest of my drive."

"If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep…this is not the place for you. There is a lot of road noise but to top that off, when we stayed there was a lot of unattended pre-teens running the hallways and slamming the doors and hitting walls which started about 6pm and well into the night. When checking out I made my complaint and the only thing I got from the front desk person “oh”. Which was not the correct answer to give. Will never stop at that hotel again."

"The breakfast was awful!! The gravy was see thru, no eggs, and everything was carb heavy!! The rooms were dirty, cheerios on floor, mud on bathroom floor, bathtub dirty with brown dirt, and no washing machine!"

"Stay duration: 6 days (January 11-17, 2024). 2 guests, 1 dog. History of travelers: Lifelong Arkansas residents, all but the last year spent in Central Arkansas. -- This hotel excels in (3) areas: -- 1) Safety -- the outside parking area is surrounded by a tall fence. Though on the far side the fence does end, it provides for a L-shaped grassy area (completely fenced) so that one can take their dog out safely. The parking lot uses LED's (WELL LIT) at night. No dark areas. Not many places for someone to hide due to aforementioned fence. (4) access points; (3) with a key card required. This hotel is located in Bryant, which is located within the Greater Little Rock Metro. If you have any doubts or concerns about staying in the Little Rock area, then consider this hotel if you're looking for a safer spot. It is much safer than other hotels in Little Rock, North Little Rock or Maumelle. Bryant Police patrol the area and are more diligent than other departments in the area meaning the area gets patrolled more. -- 2) The Staff -- we are greeted by Bre (front desk) at just before check in. Bre was accommodating and was able to get us a room near the elevator due to having a dog. Throughout the interaction her demeanor was cheerful, and she appeared genuinely concerned with accommodating us with the best room location for our needs. The two unknown housekeeping ladies on floor 2 were cheerful when passing in the hallway; always greeting us with a "good morning". Same with the two unknown ladies who operated the breakfast. The desk clerk on 3-11 shift was cool, too. Bre would speak to us on multiple mornings during breakfast time; checking in on us and making sure things were good. It felt nice to have someone genuinely care about how our stay was going considering most properties I stay at seem emotionless and lackluster. It is obvious that whoever is the owner of this La Quinta takes pride in hiring the right staff, and by making sure the facility is always up to par. Bre was also the one who checked us out, and again another great experience as she has such a positive attitude. -- 3) The perks -- the indoor pool is cool. The "high speed" internet is higher speed than many other places, so that is true. The facility was clean, and the housekeeping staff make a point to spray lemon spray in the hallway. The place smelled great! The facility isn't all worn out, either. The beds were 7.5/10, but I mean, some like a more of a firm bed than I so... ya know. The pet fee is totally reasonable here, and I patronize places that don't try to stick it to ya with outrageous pet fees & deposits. They have a waffle maker. They have a laundry room. $1.50 washer, $1.50 dryer, and $1.25 for one box of soap or (2) dryer sheets. Can get change at the desk. The prices on the laundry is fair. The area is full of restaurants and fast-food options, all within a circle surrounding the hotel. You can walk if you want! -- In summary, I work from home which affords me the luxury of travel. I will continue to make monthly trips to Little Rock, in which I will book La Quinta in Bryant again and again. If you are looking for a safer spot to stay in the Little Rock Metro, one of which doesn't fee you to death if you have a dog and also has one of those GOOD waffle makers then this is your place. -- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"Close to major roads, but no street noise inside the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was delicious. Love the waffle makers! Sugar-free syrup available, as was cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Coffee and juice, too. We would have stayed longer if we didn't have to get home!"
