"Going on my 3rd year here. The only positive thing is the maintenance crew. Those guys show up and get whatever you need fixed, fast and in a hurry. — as for the administration. Terrible. Less than 30 days before my lease was up, I found a lease renewal sheet on my front door stating my rent would be going up. I’ve been here 2 years and my rent has gone up each year. I went to the office to dispute and was told “call cooperate and discuss with them”. The quality of living has not improved. Outdated appliances. Minimal parking. No wonder people move out after 6mo. I’ve been here 2 years and out of 12 apartments in my building, I’m the only original one. This will be my final year here. And make sure you give a notice over 30 days ahead that you will not be renewing, or they’ll keep your $350 security deposit."
"They are hypocritical about the contracts, they refuse to do anything about the pet waste In the common areas, when you open your window or door it makes you want to vomit. They also refuse to fix the hole in the apartment ceilings. Don't bother looking for an apartment there , you WILL regret it."
"I had a great e experience with this place until two months ago they put a letter on my door saying that they were not renewing my lease because i had been late on my rent more than 4 times out the year. They bascially will put you and your kids out on the streets and expect you to still pay them. Now im stuck trying to find another place even with paying them all that money for late fees my job has certain days we get paid and its not always one the first of the month. I i could see if i was not paying at all. I would never recommend no one to them."
"If you're looking for great apartments, continue your search elsewhere, this Lindsey Management complex isn't worth the trouble. I have very mixed feelings about my year with them, so here's the good and the bad. Good parking; good response time from office staff, I called about neighbors excessive after-hours noise and the issue was resolved the next day; good appliances(refrigerator, stove, dish washer). Bad communication from office on key aspects of the lease. I was told when I applied in October that a room would be ready in 2 months, by December; but I didn't hear back from them until 4 months later, in February. They informed me less than 30 days before my lease was up that they were raising the price of rent. When I responded that I was not looking to renew my rent, they kept my security deposit, saying I "forfeited" it by not giving advanced notice. If the responsibility of giving notice in a timely manner is on the renter, then the responsibility should equally be on the apartments to give notice in a timely manner. Feels unbalanced/scam-y to me. Bad internet reliability, my AT&T connection went out daily, yet for some reason that was the proprietary service the complex uses. Bad apartment design. They boast about innovative storage solutions on their website, but the two closets that ought to be in the bedroom are in the bathroom instead. It would be such a simple fix to remove the door and install a new one in the proper place, but under the current construction, the closets are connected to the bathroom, not the bedroom. That means bathroom odors and shower steam are in direct contact with clothes, towels and anything else you may need to store in a closet. Additionally, any visitors behind a locked door while using the bathroom have full access to the closet space. Bad water, don't drink the tap water. I would scrub buildup of of the water faucets on a weekly basis."
"We lived here for 2 years. Never did we wear shoes in our apartment. We kept this place super clean. We did not give a 30 day notice. We gave a 28 day notice. They took our deposit. Not just that but they sent us an invoice and in it they charged us for “painting” and also for “new carpet”. Which is ridiculous because we kept this place as clean as we could. We were lucky to have decent neighbors. But we got an upstairs apartment that had mold hidden underneath the paint in the bathroom. Who knows how much mold was in this apartment and I did not want to leave this review but after moving out I have realized that my health has improved and I’m feeling a lot better. Please be advised and be aware."
