Comfort Inn & Suites Bryant - Benton

"Bought two rooms on the 15th of march. Asked for a handicap accessible and a room with two queen beds. We received 126 & 128. 126 which was the king bed handicap accessible one was great minus it wasn’t really as handicap accessible as I had thought the shower you still had to step in. We went into 128 which immediately smelled different. Upon looking around it seemed like there was water damage or something that had been spilt or soaked in the floorings. It felt wet as well. But the chair was covering up the spots on the floor. We left to go get dinner and once we came back neither of our key cards were working and we had two very tired little kids. I had too go to the main desk twice and get the key cards fixed only for it to still not work for either door. The lady at the front came and unlocked the door with her key. I went to put left over food in the fridge in 128 and the fridge barely got cold and it was turned off and the knob just continued to spin. The drapes in 126 were broken perhaps as I could not get them to close completely so there was still light shinning into the room as me and my daughter tried to sleep."

"We got two rooms 126 and 128. I needed a handicap accessible one, but didn't realize that didn't mean walk in shower, they did provide a shower chair but it was for a skinny person, I'm not skinny, so no shower for me. In room 128 it smelled a little funny We moved the chair to better accommodate us and found that the floor feels a little wet and the side of wall has water marks, this would explain the smell. Just disappointed."

"We needed a place to stay Christmas Eve as we are moving across the country. THIS PLACE IS PET FRIENDLY! We have 2 dogs and a toddler so we wanted a nice, cozy place to stay for the night. Marina was SO HELPFUL and accommodated our needs! We wanted to park near an exit so that we could take our dogs out when necessary and we also wanted a ground level so that we could have a good view of our vehicles as we were towing an extra car and our possessions. This place was QUIET as there weren't many folks staying there but it was absolutely COMFY and SAFE! It had a nice Christmas tree at the entrance, it smelled clean upon entering and it had such a nice, cozy, safe feel. Marina was SO SWEET and she let our toddler ring the bell a few times. Thanks so much, Marina!!"

"The mattress!!! Oh my goodness, the first time our backs have not hurt on our vacation. The sheets and comforter were so clean and fresh. You can tell that they take pride in the cleanliness of the rooms! Complimentary Breakfast was delicious & dining area was very clean and the lady was on top of making sure the breakfast was stocked while still keeping the room clean!"

"So friendly. Our room was fantastic and so clean. Nice to stay at a reasonable place and have such great guest services. The breakfast was great, too. We had both our canine children with us. So pet friendly. We will definitely return."
