"We love living here!! We’ve had a few maintenance issues here and there, and management has always been extremely responsive in getting everything fixed. We’ve never had to wait more than a few hours for someone to come by to fix whatever is going on, and usually it’s faster than that. Shawna, the property manager, is amazing, and she’s always greeted me by name when she sees me. The floor plans are great with plenty of room, and the facilities are kept up to date and clean. We love it here!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! ...they do not fix anything. If your apartment leaks, it will always leak and be filled with mold. I have photo/video evidence of this going back a year and these people do not care about you or your family. They threaten residents for dumping trash when they fail to provide enough dumpster space, and the complex is disgusting. They have the HVAC condensate lines draining above your showers right over your and your children's heads. Full of bacteria and a solid code violation. The gates are always messed up and the lighting is always out. I will repost this if removed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP."

"Management is full of arrogance and they cheat. maintenance service quality is always below par, leading to multiple requests for the same issue. water supply will be inconsistent due to bursts and other repairs due to the bad quality of plumbing material they use. they never respond /notify when there is maintenance work. leave residency in nightwear. there is no security camera and a lot of theft regularly occurs."

"The electric outlet was fixed, but the kitchen drawer was not. I don't know why this issue was not addressed as requested. Please let me know if and when this will be taken care of. Thank you."
