"By far one of the best apartment complexes I've ever had the pleasure of living in. The maintenance guys, the office staff, and the property manager are all some of the most caring and kind hearted people I've ever met. Not to mention the apartments are quite spacious and very aesthetic. This property had the shortest wait list and was the cheapest of all the 1-2 bedrooms I looked at. Stop in for a viewing some time, you wont be disappointed."

"I rented from these people for 6 years straight paid my rent on time never really dealt with them often. Susan in the office is something!! I would say discrimination is what is seems to me. This is really not a apartment you can live comfortable in if you wanna get treated like a child live here. Susan complain about company. Susan complain about everything she can think of it’s really sad. I’m so glad the light came to the tunnel because I don’t have to worry about getting picked on anymore. Everybody else can have they whole family living in one apartment but when I had company it was a problem!! Moral of the story I don’t recommend. I forgot the parking is terrible you can’t find no spots they only give you one spot per apartment. It’s horrible"

"Brookhaven has been the best placed I’ve lived so far. The office and maintenance staff are very nice and personable. My dish washer wasn’t working at all when I first moved in and they replaced it with a brand new one, no questions asked. My neighbors are nice and quiet and know me by name. I seriously do not have an negatives to say and would recommend anyone to Brookhaven."
