"We had dinner at our friend’s apartment and was pleased to see how neat and clean everything is. Low income housing doesn’t have to mean “Low”. I grew up in low income housing in Los Angeles and it was carefully maintained by housing authority but extremely unsafe to live in because of gang activity. It makes a huge difference when you can live in a safe AND clean place. Spring Meadows will be a great place for our little friend and I’m glad that she is close to us."
