"This is the worst place to buy something their stuff is too expensive n it takes long time to deliver on top of that u have to keep begging them to deliver ur stuff and it will take appointments to appointments until u tired n ask the money back they will never deliver my couches table, chairs, and TV stand took almost months to get to me…"

"I made a couch order online. They gave me an estimate around one month out, and they delivered right in the time frame promised. The delivery was seamless and the workers were professional and quick. Unfortunately, the chaise was on the wrong end, but the delivery employees put me in contact with someone from Chicago Furniture Warehouse that already ordered the correct one and are making everything right. I would have no problems using them again. Quick FYI - it sounds like ordering online goes somewhere else other than the location at Mall of America, as their store didn't have any record of my purchase."

"This is the worse place you can ever shop from. We ordered so many items from them and they kept postponing the delivery date without an explanation. Then when we kept on calling and asking for our order they decided to deliver us random items that we didn’t even order. So shame of them. If I could, I would give it a zero star but I’m going to get my money back I’m done at this point. Where there is full house of Amharic people you’ll never get the right customer service."
