"While on a trip in back in October, I was visiting Mall of America and I’ve always been interested in the couches this company offers and there isn’t a showroom near me So I thought I would check out the physical store before deciding this was the couch I wanted to go with when I purchase a house. I literally took two steps into the store before the employees looked me up and down and gave me a dirty look as if I was a teenager coming to lounge around and bother them or like I Didn’t have enough money or something. Meanwhile, I am a 24-year-old woman from Canada who just wanted to know if this couch was All it was hyped up to be online and if it was worth the exchange rate before I custom order one when I purchase a home ….This location needs some less judgey staff because I felt more judged going into a furniture store as a woman then I did going into Hollister/abercromie as a chubby girl back in the day.."

"The process of picking out a Lovesac sectional configuration and placing an order felt smooth and easy, without any pressure to buy. I ended up placing two separate orders. There was an issue with my second order and the folks here gladly helped get it back on track and delivered without much delay.
