"I had the worst experience today. First, there is always a crazy line and little to no register help. Today I did not realize that a birthday gift bag was missing a handle until I walked out the store. I walk in, ask if I can just trade the bag and the young lady at the register told me I'd have to speak to a manager. Meanwhile the manager is pacing around on the phone and has been the entire time I was in the store. I was just going to go grab another bag and pay for it but the line got too damn long yet again. Needless to say, I will find a way to fix the git bag but it's the moral behind it all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"Has a lot of different things. Not Diversity though. I even offered help, and asked about applying. I didn’t get harassed but everyone there has the same agenda for specific demographics. If you’re not following the social norms of society and actually enjoying your life where ever you are, you may be a target there. BTW they never have poop bags for dogs. They only offer the bag and bag carrier. Maybe they’re saving all the bags for themselves and their friends. Who knows?? The hypocritical employees do.!! Basically they decide witch members of the general public deserve the best and witch deserve to spend more money.. that’s the environment I get. No, I didn’t feel welcome at all. In fact I felt rushed and Judged. Warning to those who care."
