Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Minneapolis Bloomington/Mall of America 2401 American Boulevard East, Bloomington, MN 55425

"Rooms are just like any hotel. The beds are comfortable. There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash inside the shower convingly on the wall of the shower. There is a mini fridge with no freezer and a microwave in the room. My main complaint about the room is there isn't a lot of outlets by the beds, I had to move the one bed a little to reach an outlet. The free breakfast has a good selection, bagels, bread for toast, English muffin, cereal, fruit, eggs, bacon, juice, 2% and 1% milk, and more."

"Night desk employee had a loud argument with someone in the lobby, it was quite scary, to the point that I had to call the police. Breakfast was mostly unstocked, eggs were cold. The room was clean but conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. The hot tub in the pool area was a great temperature but it's small. Pool is nice. Conveniently close to MOA, but I would look elsewhere for future visits especially after witnessing an employee scream and become threatening, that's not something I want to experience again."

"I believe my older parents stayed in #103, it was the accessible room. See my photos! They stayed overnight on 12/30/23. There was a bad snowfall, but it was a planned reservation. They reserved a shuttle to the airport very early for the next day too. I was amazed at how really nice this Fairfield by Marriott hotel is. I usually stay at 75$/night places. My folks payed for this stay. They enjoyed their stay."

"This hotel was better than we expected! I didn't go in expecting to get treated like royalty. Especially for the price. However, the staff members were courteous, both breakfast and front lobby staff. Of course, it is close to the airport, so expect to hear planes , but it was not unbearable. We stayed on the first floor. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated. The rooms were clean , and it had free parking, unlike most places these days. It's a 2 min drive to the M.O.A.! My family and I appreciated staying here for 2 nights."

"Went to the hot tub at 6pm and it was being cleaned … not sure why they do that during the day but we came back at 8 pm when they said it would be ready … it was cold. Had to find staff to help but even after an hour it was still not a hot tub. Disappointing. Breakfast was very limited at 9:00 vs 8:00 even though it goes to 10:00am. One Staff walks around with headphones on so hard to get their attention and seems annoyed that he needs to help but the breakfast staff was helpful and the shuttle operator were helpful. Close to mall but also very close to airport which made it noisy. And halls are noisy."
