"Really nice hotel. I usually stay in Bloomington because it's cheaper, not because i love. I mean, let's be real, Bloomington is a butt ugly corporate highway town. This is at least nice, there's a park across the street and the light rail is RIGHT there. Parking is a little weird. First place in Bloomington I've had to pay for parking. Only $12 but hopefully not a trend. Oh well. The bar area and reception is nice."

"You get the feel of a luxury hotel with fair prices! A huge plus is that they are dog-friendly with outdoor areas for them. Customer service is top notch and unforgettable, from their front desk to shuttle drivers. Highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a pet."

"I haven’t stated here as a hotel guest, but I use their parking lot and airport shuttle service when I go on vacation. The lot is uncovered but my car has always been safe. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes which is better than a lot of shuttles that run every hour. The shuttle also runs later/longer than competitors. The service is always good from the drivers. Conveniently drop you off right at your car when you return from airport."

"I am a flight attendant and I have stayed at this hotel a few times and it has always been pleasant, it’s more expensive than other hotels but I have felt that it was worth it until tonight. Wow. What a horrible way to treat your guests ! The shuttle driver was rude, condescending and tried to yank my bags out of my hands ! Also I was lied to by the front desk about how long it would take for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport ! Went to my room and there was a horrible loud whistling noise from the door to my room because it doesn’t shut properly ! Come on Hyatt you can do better !"

"When you walk into the entrance of this hotel, it is very classy & eloquent! It smells so clean & fresh! The staff is very friendly! The rooms are spacious & inviting! You don’t want to leave. It is in a great location for access to MSP airport, Mall of America & the light rail. I would highly recommend this Beautiful Hotel! A first class operation!"
