"I actually received most of what I ordered from this company, however the rug was missing and the headboard & foot board of the bed I ordered has all 4 holes drilled at different measurements, so we have to drill new holes and figure out how to fill the other ones and make it look decent. I have sent multiple emails, called with no answer and no ability to leave a message and have posted on their Facebook Page. I have done this for almost a month now with no response or any luck getting through to them. I called a business across the street and they said this company left that location 5 years ago and it's now a thrift shop. I am now escalating my claim with Paypal to at least get a refund for the rug that never arrived. The bed situation sucks, but we'll just have to make it work on our own."

"Like they say, should have read the reviews. Ordered 2 robes from them. Heard nothing, no emails, etc. to confirm purchase. Tried emailing & calling and never got a response. Nada. Then checked my credit card, and found they had refunded my money. But still no contact. One heck of a way to treat customer s and run a business."

"Be patient is my advice...Looking at the reviews I was hessitent, so I started with a small order the Rocky Mtn. Barnwood Vanity with the reclaimed top, mirror and faucet. I ordered this vanity for my "Man Cave" and I was quite pleased. It actually came in their time they stated. After that, I wasn't hesitant to order the birchwood cabinets with the birch bark accents. Just a note, they were half the cost on what I was quoted locally. This was ordered on 9/16/17 delivered today 01/02/18, a little over 15 weeks stated 6-10 I believe. They look awesome, I will get them instated and put the counter tops on and post the pictures. They make a well built quality products, but it may take a little longer then stated. I believe they mean well but over loaded. If you are time sensitive then you may want to go else where but I believe if you are looking for a custom built to order product then this is the place. So give them a chance and some extra time you'll be glad you did."

"I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. These are real reviews because I'm now dealing with the same experience these people are talking about! I placed my order on April 21, and here it is July 8, and nothing has come yet! I've called several times, and sent e-mails and I've gotten no replies at all. I have no idea what their customer service is like, because no one will call me back. I actually have peace of mind after reading these reviews now that this must be a real company and eventually, hopefully a beautiful piece of furniture will show up. But I was really starting to believe this was a fraud company and I was going to have to get my credit card company involved. Now if the owner replies to this it will be the first reply I'll have gotten from anyone at this company, so I'm looking forward to hearing from someone!"

"Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. No one answers the phone. I have left several voice mail messages. Not one return call. I have left emails. Not one response. Our credit card was charged within one day of the on line purchase but no other acknowledgement. We are starting to think we have been ripped off and may need to call the police. How can you run a business if you treat your customers with such disrespect? Buyer beware!"
