"We bought a "Home Accents" pre-lit Christmas Tree from Home Depot a couple of years ago. This seems to be a coordinated scam of planned obsolescence. Once the gray fused bulbs on each string burn out, that string becomes useless, and you cannot get a replacement fused bulb anywhere. Home Depot doesn't provide replacements, and was not helpful in locating how to procure them. Obviously they would want you to just give up and buy a new tree. I've spent weeks trying to locate these bulbs without success. You'll find this is a shared experience for others as well. I'll never buy a scam pre-lit tree again. Shame on you Home Depot for participating in this racket, and not providing any solutions to your loyal customers."
"This whole company has terrible customer service. Ordered guaranteed to fit blinds. They did not fit. I contacted customer where I was told UPS would come and pick up. Blinds never got picked up. Contacted customer service again where I was told to just return them to my nearest store. Tried to return them to the store, which was over an hour away from my home, where I was told they won't take them because they were custom. This whole company is a damn joke."
"Pretty easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms are very well kept."
"I love coming to Home Depot to buy plants. This location has a very large selection of house plants. Today I got snake plants, spider plants & a few succulents. They also have a great variety of building materials. The shelves are pretty well stocked at all times. The service is excellent. There are both cashiers & self checkouts which are well tended too & not too fussy. I love that they allow dogs. I don't bring mine in but I love when I get to say hi to new pup friends, it makes my day. A++ Home Depot."
"Main aisles were completely full with pallets everywhere and hard to get around the store. Some areas were even completely blocked. Even the parking lot had pallets everywhere and made it tight in some spots. It’s as if they were using the store as extra warehouse space. Stuff was all over the place making it hard to get around and looks super trashy."
