Cub - Chaska

"Placed my order at 9 AM for pick up between 5 PM and 6 PM. I received a text message at 5:03 PM letting me know that they didn’t get to my order and that it won’t be ready on time. I responded and let them know I was on the way and checked in accordingly. I assumed this meant that they were shopping it as they spoke but I am here 45 minutes later still waiting for my order. It wasn’t a large order. Irritating. Update: I finally received my order at 6:07. Over 60 minutes late. 2 stars for offering a credit towards my next order and for good communication between shopper and me."

"Horrible place. Rude employees. 99 percent of the employees just glare at the customers, and creep the customers out. I will never be going to any Cub for the rest of my life. They accused me of stealing because I put some of my food in front of my cart. Then they checked my receipt and saw that I paid for everything. And at first I couldn't find the receipts, and I was in a panic because I have Autism, Epilepsy, and hypertension. I guess they weren't doing their job right accusing me of stealing, and then checking my receipt saying I did pay for it. I have seen today other people doing the exact same thing I was doing scanning the product and leaving in front of the cart. The lady manager in the front and the other, guy and girl who accused me of falsely stealing should be immediately fired. Because of the stress they put on me in a loud chaotic store could have triggered my Epilepsy, and I could have had a seizure in the store while they were accusing me of stealing. WORST GROCERY STORE IN THE WORLD. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS."

"This is nice store but over priced compared to Walmart and Target. Make sure to check your receipt and verify the prices. Their computers have prices wrong 20% of the time I no longer shop here because they advertise a price but don’t always change it on their computer. It’s clean and well organized but the low score is mainly due to high prices. You may as well go to Byerlys"

"Prices are competitive Store layout makes sense when trying to find things. Good selection of frozen foods, breads, and dairy. The new freezer storage upgrades and improvements are nice too. However, this is offset by the poor produce. It's hit or miss. Soft mushy old grapes, molding or sprouting squash, wilted greens, bruised fruit. I would rank this specific Cub dead last for produce quality, especially in the past year (2023)."

"Good nearby store for chaska. Compared to Chanhassen store they have less organic produce and they are not fresh as well. I haven’t seen Organic banana riped ever for all the time I have shopped (at-least last 3 months). Price are high for tomatoes compared to other retailers. Other than these rest all are good (they have two water spouts for refill, meat section is good, bakery and soup are good)"
