"I purchased a radio about a year ago and yesterday I received an alert from my credit card for a $48 new charge, this was a huge surprise as I had made no orders, so I called Heartland Customer Service to determine the nature of this new charge, I was told that it was put there for free shipping? I mentioned that I requested no such service, the rep then asks me if I want to downgrade to a $29 free shipping service, and I tell them absolutely not and requested to remove the $48 charge that i never requested, the rep declines, so am going to now say that this is a scam and everyone beware of this company, I have contacted my credit card and this charge will be declined."
"I had a problem with the $10.00 off coupon if you signed up for e-mails. I placed my order and the $10.00 off did not come up. I still placed the order and complained that I did not receive the coupon until after I placed my order. Well they contacted me and I did get the $10.00 credit. So all ends well and I will continue to order from Heartland."
