"My family and I went here for 3 days and it was absolutely the worst camping experience ever the owners were rude and disrespectful towards us, the campsite was super small that we overpaid for, and the people that lived there were very loud when it came to quiet time they even played chicken with golf carts at 1am I could barely sleep. We will definitely never go back to that place ever"

"My family has been staying at Elk Horn for years during Harvest Fest Powwow weekend. This year, as we have in other years past, we had a family picnic outside of cabin one. The owner Lisa was aware that we would have extra family around but not staying and assured my aunt that it would be ok as they did not have many people renting. The owners then came down on their golf cart while we were grilling and playing kickball to yell at us about the number of people that were there (besides the five family members who rented the cabin there were 6 adults and 4 children) and where people were parked. She was extremely rude to us and instead of explaining the problem and asking us to fix it she verbally assaulted members of my family. We will never be returning to this campground."

"Absolutely the best memories have been made in coming for the past 5 or 6 years. We have had so much fun and so many laughs. All of our kids love this place and feel at home here. We continue to come back year after year and look forward to it so much! It has been our experience that the owners treat you like family and we're blessed to have so many friends who also love to come!"

"This Place is amazing we have been coming here for many years generation after generation. Space the owners are friendly and helpful. Everyone here gets along everyone is friends with each other they even have a sign in the lodge that says enter as strangers leave as friends and that is so true. On the weekends all the kids go tubing together with each other's parents because beyond trust each other. Lots of times on weekends everyone goes to the lodge at night to talk and laugh with the owners Al and Lisa. This place is great pet friendly even. My daughter has her own dog walking business and Al and Lisa are fine with it she even walks their dogs. My daughter get to keep everything she make the owners do not take part of the money she makes. The owners are great real friendly they have a few rules but they are fair. It is a family business so their kids and grandkids help out and hang out with all the other kids here. All together it is a great family friendly place with fun and laughter and happiness it is just amazing so you should definitely try this place one time."
