"They are located on the lake. The apartments were spacious and clean. There are activities if you choose. They are located close to town, for shopping purposes. There are many food options close by. It was a very enjoyable week."

"Fun place for a get away! Rates are good, there's a pool, hot tub, sauna, and arcade room at the club house. Easy access to the lake, and condos have enough room for the whole family!"

"I’ve been coming to stay here every year for the last 24 years and it seems we have more and more problems with the staff every year! The front desk staff were very rude! My grandma paid an extra $150 to reserve a condo next to my family’s and when we arrived we were told we can not have that condo we paid for due to it not being clean! They moved us to two other condos until they finally found one that was cleaned! We did not get refunded the $150 we paid to reserve the condo we did not receive! Bad customer service."

"Overall we had a pleasant stay. The rooms are indeed outdated and are ready to be updated as stated in previous reviews. The service we received was absolutely horrible. I’ve traveled to many places in my life and never been treated worse. Our family group of 40+ years of yearly renters was unfortunately dissatisfied in this years trip to Breezy Shores. Upon check-in we found out that the extra room/unit we rented was not cleaned and there was no cleaning staff currently employed. We were transferred to TWO other rooms until a “cleaned” room was found. We were also charged a $150 fee to reserve the room we never received. And according to the lady at the desk, there was nothing she could do about it. She also further explained that there was no management on staff as well. We were also surprised when the maintenance staff poured chlorine into the hot tub while we were in the hot tub!!! Also we had 6 adults stay in the unit, there were only enough towels provided for 4 guests. When we asked for more towels for sanitary reasons, the same lady at the desk insisted that it was “frowned upon” to ask for more towels and wasn’t sure if she could get us more. After saying there for a week, I would say the staff is under trained and not courteous towards guests. I do not recommend staying here for a stress free relaxing week. There are much up-to-date places to stay with better service in the surrounding areas."
