"Spend the extra money and get a hotel down the road. It was so disappointing thinking my kids would have a good time. Pictures look good but the place was dirty. The pool area is disgusting. Stagnant water. The water level was too low so its not getting filtered, so there was alot of bugs, popped balloons in the water, as well and a oily film on top of the water. Everything in the gym room was rusty."

"Do not stay here. This is by far the second worst hotel experience I have ever had (and the first was in Reno). To be fair, there are redeeming qualities of this hotel. There was a nice breakfast spread in the room was clean. However, the pool area was horrible. The main pool is missing a ton of water to the point that the water cannot filter and be cleaned. Our first night there, there was trash and bugs floating around in the water. I called the main office and they said it would be fixed in the morning (it wasn't). The mushroom want working and has been broken for a while. Also, the hot tub was a cold tub. I take showers hotter than its temperature. Not only was the hot tub cold, the showers were cold. They were better the second day, but the first day was more of a cool shower, not even lukewarm. I know that the hotel does not have any control over how people act while present, but people were making noises at all hours of the night. No one got any sleep. Would not stay here again."

"Booked this hotel for a fun pool weekend with my nieces, however there was no fun to be had. The photos online are SUPER misleading. The pool side was extremely dirty, the hot tube was cold, and the slide was closed down with green water running through it. The hot tube was not only cold, but falling apart. The bottom vent had a piece of metal sticking straight up, good thing the jets didn’t work either. Otherwise I wouldn’t have seen it, and it could have seriously hurt one of my young nieces. A $100 dollars is a small price to pay to learn a lesson, but I hope to stop others from making the same mistake I did. Negative 5 stars."

"I have an austic daughter who always wants to stay at this hotel because of the pool. This time that we went....it was absolutely filthy. We ended up going to the Community center to swim during our entire visit. We reported it to the front desk and they did not close it down. I have pictures....wish I could post!!!!!"

"Got the 1 king bedroom suite with the whirlpool tub. Did not like the fact you had to enter room from outside of the building. Plus they had crab apple trees all over the entrance of the room. Which caused me to drag in debris off my boots into the room. Temperature dropped down to 37 at night so I tried turning on the heat. Went to bed cold thinking it would heat up. Woke up a bit later freezing. Tried turning heat up to 80 and it would not engage. Ended up sleeping with my jacket on. Woke up in the morning still cold. Hopped in shower and cranked the heat up. Shower head pours out the bottom all over the place. Wish I had just slept in my van instead of staying at this location. At least I would of had heat when it's cold outside. I work across multiple states and am constantly staying in hotels. I have tried the choice program and am currently a diamond member but am getting really tired of the lousy care or maintenance of their hotels. I am probably going to be switching over to another hotel branch. I will never be coming to this location again and personally because of my experience here I would not recommend this place to anyone else."
