"On December 8th, I purchased a twin xl bed for my daughter with the hopes of her being able to have a good night's rest. Less than 3 days into the ownership, the mattress began a body pit in the center. I made a call to have this fixed, and Jan 1 was the earliest. The staff were very helpful, even suggesting I replace my topper, which was worn due to not turning, and found a great deal for me. They picked up my mattress and replaced the foam and topper and had it back to me that evening, as promised. The pick up and delivery guys were friendly and efficient. I've had my bed now for almost 10 years and have been very satisfied with its durability. I appreciated the knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff."
