"Shopping from out of town so I asked about their next day return policy, I was told I could return the items up to 30 days with the tags attached. Feeling confident I purchased the items, returned them unused/tags attached/receipt. I was rudely told I could return only for store credit. I explained what I was told 14 hours prior. I was told this “ she didn’t know of any stores that do returns where money goes back to your card.”"

"NEVER coming here again. Brought in TWO 20 gallon totes filled to the brim with clothes, all of them in great shape, none of them smelled etc. I drop them off, not even 10 minutes later I get a text saying they're ready. My stuff was sitting in the exact place i left it. They didn't take a single thing. Their reasons? Too big/small, certain brands, and there was wear and tear and "well-loved" clothing items. I double checked and triple checked every single thing that I set aside to bring in there. All of it was in great shape and none of it was more than a couple years old. For the record, neither me or my husband are plus size or junior or kids or petite sizes. Thank you for wasting my time. Will not be returning."
