Instead, I was sent directly to corporate customer service for Geek Squad, where I was assured they could, in fact, repair my son’s PS5 with a faulty HDMI port. Scheduled the appointment, drove 30 min one direction, only to get to the actual store and have them tell me they can’t do anything with PS5 repair. Complete waste of my time and energy on this place. 0/0 would not recommend."

Get to the store, associate is very helpful, although not very knowledgeable. However, most of what shows as in stock, isn't. Associate offers to get it shipped in, taking two to six days - I can get that online. I was willing to pay a premium for today. Best Buy, I applaud your staff. However, this is the second time I've been burned by your inventory being different from your website claims. You've got one more chance, then I just won't bother any more."
