Hyatt House Mall Of America / Msp Airport

"The hotel is new so amenities and rooms are modern and great. We had a hard time with the service. The shuttle service to the Mall of America while advertised, was hard to get and we could not get a ride during our stay. We asked for freshen up our room and we did not get our trash taken out or towels changes. Overall, it seemed like the hotel was understaffed and therefore the service was not the greatest."

"We recently stayed at the Hyatt House Mall of America for a team meeting and used their meeting room. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were HUGE and beautiful (and very clean!) The beds were comfortable and there was a fully stocked kitchen in each room. We will definitely come back! By the end of the week I was on a first-name basis with most of the staff and felt very comfortable/safe in their hotel."

"I was there with family over the Christmas holidays. The manager I met, Ms. Ortiz was so nice. All of the staff were so friendly. The breakfasts were great and so convenient. The room we stayed in was clean and the facilities brand new; pool, gym and a beautiful lobby. I will be back again, and will let my friends know that this hotel is a good one! Thank you..."

"The rating of 3 stars was not actually due to the staff that I interacted with, but because of the lack of services advertised, there was not a shuttle to Mall of America set up yet, they have on-site laundry but do not offer any laundry amenities for purchase to actually wash your laundry with, and when we went down to get breakfast we were told the breakfast was supposed to be available but the just couldn't offer it that day. No staff to do it. I was trying to be understanding with a place that had only been open a couple of months, but those types of issues really should not be happening after 30 days. The front desk man was very apologetic but obviously didn't have any say or control over those situations. The 1 bedroom unit we stayed in was comfortable, well appointed, and I really hope they can get their stuff together soon."

"I live nearby, but my wife and I live with family and sometimes we just need a weekend to ourselves to relax, play games, watch movies and order food from nearby restaurants. The rooms at Hyatt House have everything you could ask for. Kitchen, microwave, stove, dish washer, fridge, cupboards full of clean dishes. There’s an area with a regular sized couch and the TV rotates to be used in either the living area or the sleeping area. It’s a new build, so it’s nice and clean. My only complaints were paying for parking and while the hotel is near to the MOA and airport, it is next door to a fire department. You get to listen to a constant flow of fire truck sirens. It’s not terrible, but it could be resolved with thicker windows. Other than that, we had a great stay and will definitely be using this as our new go-to spot for a relaxing weekend."
