"HEADS UP - THEY'RE OPEN UNTIL 9, NOT 10. Thinking they were open until 10 (as stated on their website) I rushed over there to get 1 or 2 things. I arrived before at about 9:35. The 2 employees, who were near the back of the store, shook their white yelling, "we're closed, it's in the window". (You both win the award for being the loudest.). I yelled back, "the website says you close at 10 and I couldn't see the window from 4 miles away. Dollar tree, Management, someone probably needs to tell you (as I'm sure, you need to be told), fix your error & read a book on being polite and teach your employees."
"Nice and clean. All the standard items you'd expect. The staff was helpful and kind."
"This one is Great the others are Not as much! shelves are stocked well and full! The Others around the area look like an explosion happened and tool out everything with just debris left in every aisle on the floor"
"I found alot of things to work on my projects for Christmas presents."
"I have been coming to this store for years. Sometimes with my kids because they just love to browse the dollar store and amazed in what they find. It’s a great dollar store, that is well stocked. Today as I was waiting in line, the person in front called for back up. I was told the other lane was open, so we moved over. While my kids and I was waiting. Of course, my kids were talking, looked, and touched everything they see. Kids will be kids, I told them not to touched. They stopped and moved forward. I raised my kids well. Like every mothers out there, I know my kids. I had my items still in the basket, just thought that it’s easier for the register lady. Nope, she dumped everything out and very loud. Slammed the basket on top of the other basket and it dropped. Told my kids to move away from her. My oldest child can tell there was something wrong with her. 1. All she had to say was please tell the kids not to touch 2. Please take the items out from the basket. 3. Can you please leave the basket in the front before you leave (another dollar store asked me to do this, and I had no problem). As we walked away I heard her greeted the next customer very well, which she didn’t with us. So I kinda said it out loud “someone has an issue” as I walked out. Most of the time, I forget what color I am. Maybe she doesn’t like kids (don’t forget you were a kid once). Were we too loud? I don’t think so. Or is it our energies were too strong for her, that she can’t take it? Bottom line, retrain your employees!! Or don’t have any kids items in the store and put a sign up “no kids and their parents”."
