"I would leave zero stars after how I was treated on the phone. 1) The individual answers the phone by saying hello. I didn’t know if I was calling the Vikings locker room, or if it was some home. I suggested; “Perhaps you should answer the phone, Minnesota Vikings locker room what can I do for you today or something like that.” 2) I asked specific questions to specific item and kept getting a delayed response and his excuse was there something going on here right now. I don’t know what was going on. However, I do have a marketing degree with a high-level of customer service experience in different industries as well as sales, not very impressed to say the least. I put this lack of professionalism upon management and their inability to train people to put their best effort in professionalism and customer service."
"I am a huge Vikings fan but live on the east coast where there isn't much Vikings merchandise to be found in stores. I can still order stuff online, but coming here when I visit family has always been great because there is so much Vikings gear there. This has changed now. This store used be operated by Legends and had a great selection of hats, shirts and all kinds of odds and ends. Now is operated by Fanatics and it just isn't the same thing. Selection is very limited compared to the old store. It really just feels like they are not really interested in serving fans and are just interested in making money. They only stock "high sales" items. I also couldn't find anything I was interested in in my size. Overall I was very disappointed and don't think I will make it a point to come to this store again."
"Took my family to the mall this weekend. My youngest is a huge Vikings fan so of course we went to check out this store. As we went in some of my family waited outside the door not in the way there was plenty of room to still get in the store. One of their employees can running with food yelling “why don’t you stand there and block the doorway”. Again they were not and decided to come in the store. As we were looking around my took kids were joking and messing around as kids do. And the worker loudly made the comment to his co-worker “that is why I don’t have kids”. Of course loud enough for me to hear him and everyone in the store. After that I told my son we are leaving. As we walked out I turned to this male employee and stated that he was very rude. His response was “good don’t come back the “. I have never been treated so poorly and just blatantly out in the open. I don’t know who the manager or owner of this store is but there are several complaints about this employee! I cannot believe the Vikings or the management of this store would allow people to work there and treat and talk to people like that!! Will never shop there again and tell everyone I know to never shop there absolutely ridiculous!!!"
"We visited the store on 12/12/22 around 3:30pm to get shirts or hats for my kids. My daughter found a Vikings teddy bear and excitedly grabbed the only one on the rack, during which the rack came off the shelf. I (very easily) placed it back and returned the bear to it's place. Instead of greetings us at any point, or offering to help, the employees chose to IMMEDIATELY comment that this was exactly the reason they don't have kids, and go on about their dislike of children. I decided to leave after this, told the employees I could hear everything they said, at which point the male responded "okay." No apology or acknowledgement. We were never asked if we needed any help or acknowledged in any way shape or form. I'm honestly insulted and question how someone could think this is appropriate behavior. My daughter was merely excited about a bear, we picked up the items that fell in 10 seconds, it was not a big deal. We did not buy anything, nor will we."
