"There was a lady that behaved worse than the owner of this establishment one would imagine. My first impression of this short caucasian blond lady was that she was having a nicotine addiction fit and taking it out on my daughter and her friend not to mention a loyalty rewards member.She yelled at the kids at had with me. For her character sparing luckily I was too exhausted from my eventful Saturday morning to tell her that behavior is out of line with the customer service that is expected of her from customers as well as superiors.Hope she isn’t present often or this place doesn’t have a bright future."

"Nice theater. I took away 1 star because they did not have anyone working the counter at the door. I had to go to the bar area to get help and then was directed to concessions. Just seemed a little weird."

"When you ask the enormous prices for your food and snacks you should at least have your theaters warm! It was very cold and while waiting for our other half of our group to come out of their movie we noticed almost all the other people coming into the building bringing blankets you should not have to do that. You can’t enjoy a movie when you’re freezing!"

"The renovations and addition of MN Axe and the bar have been nothing short of great! The food is pretty dang good for a theater I've never had a bad experience. My only gripe lately has been gift cards not working online, then coming to find out there's an additional fee for pre purchasing seats /tickets online. Even though the tablets you have to use at the theater use the same interface and shouldn't really be costing the end user 1-2 dollars in additional processing fees online over the self help kiosks at the theater."

"My experiences at Emagine Monticello have been only good from the few times I have been here. I walked here planning to go to Walmart after to buy some groceries and I had to leave my bag at the front. This was no problem to me as I understand the possible safety concerns that may be present and they allowed me to leave the bag in the safety of the ticket booth while I watched the movie. The reclining seats are quite comfortable with padded armrests and more stable cupholders than other theaters I have visited. I have no complaints and I am certain I will attend another showing here in the future."
