"Completely ridiculous! I was handed a drink with pop all over the outside of the cup, asked to wait for a simple order of two kids meals for 20 minutes. Will not be coming back!!"

"The food whopper was covered to the brim in mayo, the burger was sloppy. And we had to wait for a long time plus we did not get all our food and the frys were also cold if I could give it a zero I would would not recommend."

"Menu lists ice tea. Location doesn't have ice tea. Either remove it from the menu or stop being lazy and make it. It's not expensive to make tea or have a tea maker."

"When you order a Whopper Jr with bacon cheese it's supposed to come with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and mayo. We went through the drive thru because the lobby was closed for some kind of difficulty. No big deal. The guy who took my order really didn't seem to be listening because I ordered an 8 piece chicken nuggets and the bacon and cheese Whopper Jr duo, one with no tomato. First he tried to make it a meal I didn't order. Then I reiterated 1 no tomato to make sure it would be correct. And then I ordered a drink. We paid was given our change with no receipt given, got our food, drove down the road and start to unwrap our sandwich. We checked the sandwiches because neither was marked with no tomato. Neither of them had anything more than a few pieces of lettuce and mayo on them. No onion pickle or tomato like one was supposed to have. I brought it back and had to go back through the drive thru. I explained our sandwiches weren't what we ordered and I'd like replacements. They told me to pull up and it'd be taken care of. Instead of fresh sandwiches made properly, I was handed a bag that had pickles and a slice of tomato in it. What the heck am I supposed to do with that? I certainly didn't want to put it on our now cold sandwiches!!!! This location is seriously hit or miss with their service and most times, it's a miss. This time took the cake though. I will not be returning except to get my money back"

"We went to this location at 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday evening and the doors were locked, they only had drive thru service. Why? If they were short staffed then why was there an employee mopping the floors? I researched their hours and supposedly they are open until 11:00 p.m. so I don't understand why a person can't eat inside for dinner? With so many Burger King locations closing, you'd think they would WANT customers, not turn them away. We went to Taco John's instead where we ate inside and enjoyed our dinner!"
