"Didn’t appreciate being snapped at by a worker when I was in line to do a return/exchange. He kept talking over me and said something along the lines of “I can’t help you if you don’t tell me what you want to do” which absolutely dumbfounded me as I was talking to him and he kept interrupting me rudely. Made me feel rushed to exchange clothing but the sweet lady who was checking me out was amazing."

"Rude people. I was gonna buy an old phone, but it rattled, said don't they check if working? Guy said ain't got time for that, and we work as a non profit and helpful place. I said yeah but for $10 bucks this should work, being people who are poor come here...he checked it. Sure enough... garbage. Now what kind of good will is that ? They get paid to sell non working items to the poor ? And get huffy when someone confronts them with it. Sad attitude."

"Clean location, nice employees if you exclude the management. They’re always too busy to say hi or smile or anything which doesn’t bother me. My big complaint is the prices at this location are astronomical. Times are tough and it’s obvious there is need for inflation but I find the prices at this location in particular ridiculous. See included pictures. I was on my way to work, and was rushing and didn’t look at it closely."

"I enjoy finding random things there. I sure wish ppl in this donation area had clothing I would wear. [Update 7.14.17 and change of rating] In what store policy do employees get 1st dibs over customers on the clock? I just had a purchase refused because she was going to sell it to her coworker! I just cant believe it?! I'm seriously curious about the policy too."
