"Love my HD Visa Card. I've had it for 10 years now. They monitor unauthorized spending and often catch questionable charges before I do. In one instance, I saw three charges that were "done" in another state and when I called HD they said they were already in the process of removing them. They do ask that I let them know when I'm traveling so they know card charges at my destination are mine. Their customer service is awesome. I inadvertently chose the wrong bank account to pay off my card in an online transaction. Called customer service and they immediately canceled the payment. They even reversed a late fee when I missed a payment by a couple days. No fuss. Card replacement, no problem. I have used my rewards on line and at the dealership for apparel, parts, and service. Note, though I pay off my card every month and have very good credit... not sure if that means anything."

"I have the HD-visa card and have not had any problems for several years. We have used it and paid on time and also used the Rewards program. Everything has been fine."

"Payments are not posted in a timely manner and gift cards for rewards do not work or certain stores refuse to process. I've waited 6 months for the gift card rewards to be resolved and as of to date it has not. If it was not issued by US bank I would not use it so this card must have been taken over by Blackrock ."

"This is the worst credit card. I have started transferring balances to another card and then it will be closed and I will never sign up for another Harley Card, ever. They offer 10000 points as goodwill. Who cares? A whole maybe 100$ off something. Lower MY INTEREST RATE! If they were concerned at keeping customers they would work with the rates, especially now with everything else costing so much. Can't wait to cut this card up."

"Worst credit card experience I've ever had. I wasn't able to figure out how to make my payments properly due to the confusion in the dealership after purchasing a Street glide CVO and placing some of the balance on this credit card. The payment was processed one day late for the final balance after the 12-month cycle of interest free so they charged me all of the interest at over 22%. They also lowered my credit limit for no reason in the middle of making payments just fine and harmed my credit score. When I called in there's absolutely nothing they can do about it and they're charging me the full interest never use a credit card from Harley ever!"
