"The purchase experience was fantastic. I bought a used vehicle. Shortly after purchased I noticed a side mirror had significant damage. When I followed up on this as I felt the wool was pulled over my eyes, I received no follow up and they refused to correct this for me. I understand when purchasing used to expect some scratches, etc but this mirror needs to be replaced. Do better Morries. :(."

"I bought a car online, the process was very comfortable with the help of Emily, who helped me through the entire process until finalizing the purchase and shipping the car. She sent me videos of the car, making sure that everything with the car was in perfect condition, since I couldn't see the car in person, but Emily was very transparent throughout the entire process."

"One of the worse experiences buying from this dealership. I drove 3 hours from WI to MN to purchase Escalade, prior to arriving they called to confirm I was coming even though day prior I confirmed and had check in hand. I felt the whole time they did not trust that I was purchasing vehicle. Original salesperson wasn’t available when I arrived, got an alternative sales person to finish the purchase. Only good thing was the presentation of the vehicle. Gas tank wasn’t even filled to full. No additional incentives given from dealership for example, free oil change. I had requested that all paperwork be completed prior to my arrival to save time. All information was given to them days prior, when it came time to signing paperwork nothing was completed. I had to wait around for over an hour an half. When test driving vehicle mileage did not match what was presented online, vehicle had an additional 1200 miles. Had to complain of extra mileage in order to be refunded some money back. I was misinformed on trial for OnStar from sales person. I was told I would have a trial for six months when I was only given three months. I have purchased many vehicles from other dealerships, and have received better care than from Morrie’s. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I will never refer anyone to this dealership after spending 90k."
