"The app had some pretty good specials and my family wanted to eat-in so we came in to eat Sunday night. I approached the counter and asked Kaleb if he could help me with the app and he just looked at me like I was an idiot. He scanned what was on my phone without saying a word and I wasn’t quite sure what I ordered. My wife then walked in with our baby and asked if they had high chairs. Kaleb just looked at her and a customer pointed them out to her. We needed ketchup and a few other things and Kaleb was silent and glared at us the entire time. I’d have given a one star but that would be unfair to those who were working in the back. Our burgers were huge and delicious. This will be our Wendy’s from now on, I’ll just make sure to order on the app and get it to go so that I know what I’m getting and that I don’t inconvenience anyone by coming in."

"The most recent visit to this Conway Wendy's was a little interesting. The sausage biscuit was filling, and the seasoned fries were very good. The highlight of the food was the oatmeal crisp."

"The staff and food were great. The drive-through still looks very slow. Takes a while to get your food even inside. 5-6 minutes for burgers and fries. When I worked at Wendy's as a teenager, we had 30 seconds from the time the food was ordered to be sending it out to the customer. Shouldn't even be classified as fast food anymore."
