"The food was made great for someone who spoke so rudely. It wasn't directed at me, but I felt kinda bad for her fellow employees. I get that it's the late night shift, but that cook needs to show better decorum in front of customers. The blond lady that cooked my food Sunday night needs to be spoken to by management."

"Ya know I usually love waffle house,but this one in particular and one person in particular.... I ordered t-bone(med rare)first off it comes out well done,2nd, I ordered hash browns with cheese,ham and mushrooms and it comes out with tomato on it, I went ahead and ate the steak cuz I was hungry,but the hash browns I sent back and after explicitly calling out the order correctly,the woman with the glasses preceded to actually yell at the waitress,when Both were the cooks fault and I believe she was the "actual manager"!! She also claimed "outside" the building, she asked a friend of mine if he was the trouble maker having so many "issues" with they're food!! Now, I don't know about you,but I Won't go back to this house... Because of That Particular Person!!! Thank You Very Unsatisfied Customer"

"This was our first time at this particular restaurant. The Waffle House was my favorite restaurant. When we arrived, we were not greeted and we felt like we were bothering the staff rather than feeling welcome. When the waitress arrived she started talking about her grandchild. Now, I'm all about family and friends, but usually with total strangers. I ordered the blueberry waffle and my husband ordered a bowl of chili. My waffle, which is in their name, wasn't completely cooked. The middle was chewy and the exterior wasn't crunchy at all. My husband said his chili tasted like chili from a can. We would not recommend this restaurant."

"It's my son and his family's Christmas tradition to eat here every Christmas morning early, then home to open presents and a big nap. I've been invited twice to go with them at 6 am when I'm in from out of state. Your restaurant is GREAT, even at this time of morning, and the wait staff is WONDERFUL. They always make me feel so welcome. The food is EXCELLENT, no matter what we order. I enjoy every bite of mine. Quality food for an AWESOME price. Thank you for making our holiday morning SPECIAL and being an IMPORTANT part!"
