"Another update 3/2/24 [most recent] over 9 months later: I redact my old complaint. The manager here today was great. Once every 10 visits or so to any random location in Central Arkansas, there's a mess up. I spend ALOT of $ at this business. This guy [Michael I think] basically deserves an award for being so good to me. Thanks "Mike" you made my bday a good one and quickly fixing the issue. Update: had a terrible experience here the other day with the male manager that worked on June 24. He was not kind or caring at all. Thank GOD Ms. Anala *shout out* saved the day and made it all better. First time I've tipped anyone in fast food in a long time as good service is few and far between anymore. 5 star manager. This location is wonderful. They made one sauce mistake on my sandwich and replaced the entire thing. I thought that was just wonderful customer service. Also they have the veggie protein replacement in stock. Yes!"
"The tropical smoothie on club lane has never failed me. I’ve been sick all week with strep and I can’t eat much, but those smoothies have been keeping me alive. I’ve never had any issues with orders and they always make the best wraps. They pay attention to every modification and are very friendly, I go out of my way to order from this location pretty often. Thank you guys for everything!"
"Had the Mango Monsoon smoothie and it was very tasty. My son had a smoothie combo of the Sunrise Sunset smoothie and the 3 cheese chicken 'Dilla. Marlee waited on us and was very patient while we made our choices. Will be back to enjoy the delicious smoothies."
