"It was good, but we waited about 15 minutes to be seated and it took too long for a salad and sandwich to come from the kitchen. We liked it, but may not choose them again over other offerings in the Conway area. I used to drive a tour bus bringing athletic teams to the area. That is probably why we haven't tried Marketplace before. The parking lot would be nearly impossible to access in a bus. There is plenty of convenient parking for cars however."

"Allison was so sweet and very attentive. My meal however was not very good. I even mentioned it (I had a prime dip and sweet potato fries). The sweet potato fries were yummy but the prime dip was not! I had one bite, the second I just took a forkful of meat, dipped it the au jus and tried it like that. It had no flavor at all. When I mentioned it, no action was taken, I was never given an options to rectify it and nothing was taken off my bill. I left the majority of it uneaten. My meal was $20 for something I didn’t eat. * Marketplace reached out to me and went above and beyond my expectations to make my meal “right”. I don’t usually complain, and I try to make positive reviews, with this I will definitely be back to allow them the opportunity to get my business back! Thank you Marketplace (John) for reaching out to me!"

"We finally decided to try this place tonight and are glad we did. Allison was our server (highly recommend!) and she was super attentive. Glasses were always full and even though we had a couple of minor issues with our food from the kitchen, she went above and beyond to expediently remedy. Food was great - queso is a cool experience for the kids. Overall, it’s a great spot and we will definitely be back."

"Faith (sit in her area if you can) was our waitress but all of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and engaging. We had the $45.99 Meal for 2 (Salmon and catfish), chips & queso, Boom Boom Shrimp, Apple crumb a la mode, raspberry, and cherry tea. It came with a loaf of bread. We loved it all BUT only took the shrimp, chips, and catfish leftovers."
