"Highly disappointed in the orange frosty. I was anticipating a really good frosty. But can't really taste anything orange. It's like eating a vanilla frosty with a light orange color. Sad. Everything else was good."

"Was served cold fries in the drive through. You made me wait 5 minutes for my food and hand me cold food. I think you need to find a different job. Because this one's paying you too much to be lazy."

"Food was great! The temperature inside was EXTREMELY cold! I’m guessing it was MAYBE 60 degrees. When we walked in I jokingly told the guy working the register…kinda chilly in here huh? He said, ha ya I guess. I know this is ND and it gets cold out. However it was a beautiful day in the 40s and there wasn’t any reason for this. I’d recommend going through the drive thru if you are going to stop."

"Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru. our food was cold the staff is just lazy and brain dead and worst of all my chicken sandwich was completely raw. Went inside to talk to the manager but she did not seem to care at all was not apologetic in the slightest."

"I will never spend my money at this Wendy's ever again after I was told I was a liar in my face by the General Manager. I never felt so disrespected in my life. I had went to this Wendy's multiple times and ordered the chicken biscuit with a side of gravy and not once was told I couldn't do that until I came this last time the employee who took my order said I couldn't do that and when I asked why i always order a side of gravy she got the manager so I pulled up to the window when I got to the window the lady that I spoke to said she was the general manager and that they couldn't do that I said you guys have done it multiple times they just charged me for a side of gravy. her words were that has never happened I'm lying and that she makes the food and she has never allowed that and that I never ordered that before while she has the biggest attitude and being so rude over a side of gravy that is crazy"
