"Busy place that is almost completely self service. No one was at counter when I first entered but later saw an employee taking orders. Fast and efficient service."

"Reason for the 1 star on this is the fact I stated many times I wanted NO ONIONS on my Big Mac. What did I get? A handful of onions on both levels of the sandwich. This is not acceptable! WHY???!!!!!! Should this be a problem after I said many times in the drive thru?"

"Ordered a 2B with a Coke for here. Menu Board said $11.89 Person behind cash register asked "What size?" I answered "What the Menu Board says." Confused Person behind cash register asked again "What size." I responded, "What comes for $12.00" Ended up with large fry & large Coke (wanted to make drink a Diet Coke) in a bag costing $12.59 before tax. Menu Board is there to help make it faster to order. But the cash register doesn't have a 2B button! Making the person behind the cash register up sale you. The do it self thingy in the lobby, don't get me started on that piece of up selling. What's happening to this industry?"

"I really want to like this location, as the people have been so nice, but it's a crapshoot on whether it'll take 5 minutes or 20 to get your order. Sometimes it's the right stuff, sometimes it's not. Often the fry containers are half full and it's been a bit since they've been hot. Hamburgers aren't bad though."

"I went to the McDonald’s at the Loves station in Fargo ND. I used the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac and a fry. I was told to wait at the parking spot. Everybody else got their food and I asked the young black girl about my order on 2 occasions. She just said it’s coming soon. I went into the store and spoke to the manager Jen and she apologized that they did not have any meat ready for the order. I placed my order at 10:36, I received my order at 11:10. When I got home the fries were only half way filled. There were no fries in the bag as if it fell out. I have included pictures of my receipt and the picture of the fries. You can see the fry box isn’t even stained from oil as if they were in there."
