Perkins Restaurant & Bakery 1220 36th Street South, Fargo, ND 58103

"Today I chose Perkins to kill time and have a late lunch before picking my Granddaughter up from school. I arrived at approximately 1 pm and there was no line. I seated myself and within minutes there was a waitress at my table providing me a menu and taking my drink order. She immediately came back with my drinks and advised that another gal would be taking my food order and waiting on me shortly. Within ten minutes my order was in. Both the people who served me were very pleasant and attentive. They checked in to see how the food was and if I wanted to add to my order at all. I opted for the BLT sandwich and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Both were tasty. I even had a second bowl of chicken noodle soup. The Manager was visibly helping to seat customers who came n and we had a delightful chat. Two of the servers have over 30 years of experience here. Their experience spoke for them. I left out satisfied with my experience, the service and the food. I’ll definitely be back and likely in-between the lunch and dinner rush, as it offered a calm and relaxing atmosphere."

"Was traveling from out of town and wanted a sit down restaurant so we came to Perkins. This place was amazing. Greeted when you first walked in with happiness, the waitress was very knowledgeable and even tho we asked a lot of questions she never got frustrated or hurried us. She was amazing! The food came out quick and WAS DELICIOUS!!! Please if you are in the area please stop by and see these amazing people and try their amazing food! Will most definitely be back when we are back this way! Thank you to all of you!!"

"They got my order wrong. Sections of the table were sticky. Breakfast potatoes were bone dry. Floor was dirty. People loitering behind the restaurant were talking about explicit topics. Coffee and pancakes were good though. There wasn't a long line to get in. The restaurant itself is in a weird part of town. Overall it's probably better to get delivery from Perkin's."

"Our server was great. Thanks Joseph M, but the food was not so good. Do you know how to cook some eggs? I like my yolks a little runny for my toast. It was completely solidified and coagulated. Check out the eggs on the French toast plate."
