7 Brew Coffee

"Done go to skyline 7 brew my white chocolate mocha ended up lighter than a iced Blondie. Highly disappointed especially for a 5$ cup of coffee that was milk."

"This morning, 3/8/2024 I stopped in on my way to work for a smooth 7, large iced coffee. As the young man took my order, he politely made small talk and asked if I had any plans for the day. I smiled and said, no sir, today will be rough. My husband had a heart even last night and I'll be heading to work on only 2 hours of sleep. The young man said, bless your heart as I went to pay for my order, he said no ma'am. You have a great day and bless you. When I pulled forward to get my coffee, a young lady was writing on the lid of my cup. When I recieved it she had wrote... "you're in our thoughts". Thank you!!!! That small gesture of kindness was so appreciated. You all went above and beyond. Absolutely made my day a bit brighter this morning."

"They can never ever ever get flavored drinks right. Several times I have ordered Sugar free drinks, and they were not sugar free. I would also always add cold foam on top and they would always forget it. Multiple times before they handed it to me in the window I said I ordered the cold foam and they take it back. It’s the little things that’s I’m wasting my breath on when ordering because they never seems to get it right. I always start off by saying sugar free and one guy once said Oh yeah I’m clicking that now after several times of me mentioning it AND speaking for a few minutes of me verbally breaking it down for him. I have given this location chance after chance after chance and it seems Maumelle location gets things right even though it’s way out of my way. Both Conway locations have been terrible when it comes to the flavor of the drinks and not seeming to know how to correct something when someone doesn’t want to add ice. Why should it be watered down or bitter. How hard is it to get a blackberry pomegranate Arnold Palmer green tea to taste? It always taste bitter or super watered down at these location AND can we talk about how loud they blast the music to where you can’t even hear yourself speak when ordering at the pull up window. It’s crazy. I even had to say something about it today. She attempted to turn it down bc her herself seemed to not be able to hear me. Overall after about 40 visits and 20 of those are chances to get things right.. and they continue to fail. Sorry I like a certain drink and that’s all I want on the menu. It’s still shouldn’t be this way."

"This was the weirdest experience. I didn’t mind the long line but when we got up to where you order, I asked how the girl was and she said “I don’t want to be here. I want to go home.” and I said I was sorry and another girl walked up and they started talking to each other in front of us. The first girl left and the second girl took our order. I asked for a 20 ounce cold brew and she asked if i wanted a 20 ounce cup or 20 ounces of product. I was so confused. She kept explaining that only half the cup gets filled with cold brew. I said I just wanted whatever a medium is. I ordered flavors and she said the flavors come in scoops instead of pumps. I was even more confused by the scoop thing. Come to find out it’s just an ounce measurement. The coffee was very weak and very sweet- but the sweetness was my fault for ordering too many “scoops” of flavor. Altogether no one we talked to was nice and the coffee was almost $7 and I couldn’t even drink it"

"I stopped by this morning. They were busy, but service was quick and friendly. Coffee was good as well. Only suggestion would be offering a receipt at point of sale, instead of making the employee walk back inside. Great overall experience, would use them again in a heartbeat."
