"My experience with this flooring company was a nightmare from the start. On a $20,000+ job you would think there would be some attention to detail. They completely botched the installation of tiles in my shower, resulting in a visually unappealing and uneven mess. Even worse, their incompetence extended to the drainage system, leading to water pooling and causing potential long-term damage. What's most frustrating was the lack of communication throughout the project. They failed to keep me informed about the progress and any issues they encountered, leaving me in the dark. Overall, I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from using this company for their flooring needs, as the combination of poor workmanship and communication is a recipe for disaster. After having them out to look at the issues multiple times, they promised to fix but months have gone by and NOTHING."
