"I had a boat trailer wheel hub bearings fail next to Fleet Farm. I went in to fleet farm and didn't see my part but they recommended (1) Tools and More. Concerned about disconnecting and leaving boat, I next checked closest auto store, Auto Zone. Used my OneWheel to get there and Ken, said he didn't have the kind I needed but recommended (2) Kyle over at Tools and More. Since Stubs Marine was right next door I tried them but they didn't have the proper part and recommended (3) Tools and more. I stopped in and met Kyle - wonderful man. He set me up with the proper parts, upsold a little but in hindsight it was proper suggestions, even threw in a free cotter pin (not big expense but in hindsight an experienced add as my old one broke). He showed me what the proper spindel looks like with others in stock and noted on the photo I shared of mine to expect part of the old outer bearing looks to still be on. His manners, attention, and suggestions helped. I'm a terrible weekend mechanic but managed to replace without issue. If you ever find yourself in the need - Kyle and Tools and More is your solution. He got myself, my wife, and two of out daughters back on the road and to the lake.
