"FALSE ADVERTISEMENT BEWARE target recently had a 20 percent off promotion on diaper products, but reading the fine print excluded most diaper brands, including Pampers. Except all the signs in the store were next to Pampers products. This should be illegal. False advertising is an actionable civil claim under Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act. A party who successfully sues for false advertising may be entitled to either damages or injunctive relief."

"They didn't have what I needed. Three items were out of stock. Couldn't find an employee. Walked almost to the front of the store and finally found a worker. I always love their clothes, Shoes and quality."
