"Very happy with the condition of the Walmart, friendly staff, and well stocked on the items that I needed."
"Great place! Me and half of my freshmen class stopped here from our way home from out business trip across Minnesota (the others stopped at Pizza Ranch). I got supper here and one of our teachers got a charger and the store is very nice!"
"I placed an online photo print order early Wednesday morning (shortly after midnight). The order was promptly and I relieved communication it was ready. I went to the store to pick up the order and a few last minute items. As I proceeded to the electronics department, there were several customers over at the photo printing stations and one associate was over there assisting. There was one associate in the photo printing box doing the printing. There was an associate behind the electronics counter over on the phone side. The OSL rep was out on the sales floor and another Walmart associate wondering the floor as well. So 4 Walmart associates, right there. As I walked up to pick up my order there was ready a woman standing there by the laptops. So I stood behind her and waited…. Waited…. Waited. Only ONE of the associates was actually assisting customers (the gentleman by the photos printing stations). Obviously, the one printing photos was busy. But there other two were not, I have worked in retail long enough to know when they are deliberately avoiding the customer. As we continued to be ignored, more and more people started to line up and gather. I told the woman before me that I am going to stand right up at the counter in hopes that we get someone’s attention and then IF we get helped she will of course go first. So I moved right up to the registers (only a foot or two from where we were already standing). The “Department Head” male associate walked right on past us all and went into the photo printing box and stood there talking to the associate back there, which I believe was the Electronics Dept Manager Becky, while she was busy printing photos. The other male associate who was wondering the floor looked at us and even made eye contact but never once offered to assist. The young man who was assisting other customers at the printing stations finally came over to assist us. The whole ordeal took roughly 25 - 30 minutes, mostly waiting to be assisted by associates who did not want to help customers. Especially the “Department Head”, seriously?! He was the worst and should have been the first to assist or delegate someone else to assist. Here’s and idea, since your employees don’t want to help customers and we already have to check out our own orders up front, why not set up coded pick up lockers so that the photo orders can be placed in the locker when completed, the customer gets the access code in email or text and we can just pick up our own order without needing assistance from employees who don’t care about helping customers."
"Used the pickup service tonight and waited over an hour. Called into the number on the sign and got voicemail, leaving a message. After fifteen minutes, I flagged down an employee and said I had been waiting. As I saw cars lined up for a waiting space, I had grace and waited 30 more minutes. I called the number again and spoke with someone finally and supposedly checked in, again. Cars pulled on both sides of me and got their stuff. Finally a call for a manager got my items an hour and five minutes after pulling into my spot. The cart came out as I was on the phone with the supervisor. I can understand busy, but with every contact, it should not have taken that long. Have nothing nice to say about Walmart right now."
"The store itself seems bigger and better than most but the passport photo services should honestly be discontinued here OR have associates that actually know ALL of the federal rules doing the photos - our photos were rejected for submission because the associate didn’t know the rules (we only knew some of the rules which probably didn’t help us much). The price is really good but now I have to get our photos redone."
