"I've been a member of Crunch Fitness for about 6 months now and I have to say my weight loss journey has never felt more at home. The gym itself is stacked with amenities like the high intensity training area, free weights, a wide variety of cardio and weight training machines, a group fitness room with bikes, a dance studio, tanning beds, a 3D body imaging scanner, beverages for purchase, and they even have a child care facility. Crunch is staffed by cheerful individuals who are always so courteous with their help. The personal trainers are all very encouraging and uplifting, as well. And for only $15 per month or $120 per year, you really can't go wrong choosing how to customize your experience with Crunch Fitness. One particular experience I had was entering a weight loss journey with Trainer Dakota as my guide. He gave me the opportunity to achieve my goals by setting up a fitness plan with exercises built into each day of the week. Dakota was always so good about making sure my form was correct for squats, stretches and high intensity training. His patience, encouragement, and selfless flexibility was the perfect balance I needed to get me into the gym and motivate me to achieve my goals. During the three month personal training plan, Dakota would check in with me each month to see how I was feeling about the exercises he had prepared, how I was eating in combination with the exercise plan, and what, if anything, I wanted to change. Dakota always made sure that my priorities were his priorities. Unfortunately, I had to stop my training sessions due to financial concerns. However if anyone is looking for a quality trainer who cares about you and your progress, I highly recommend Dakota. I hope to pick training sessions back up at a later date!"
"I'm surprised by how much I enjoy Crunch Fitness. I end up going at the busiest times as that's what works for my schedule but I don't have issues getting through my workout. I have also signed up with a trainer, Sariah, and she has been amazing. Not only helping me reach my fitness goals, she also takes time to help with all aspects of my health and nutrition. She is just as invested in my success as I am! All the other employees are very helpful and friendly as well. The complex could be a little cleaner but it seems like they are taking steps to improve that as well."
"I have had a personal trainer at Crunch for a while now. My trainer, Austin, the PT Director, has been pushing me even on the days i give him a hard time. If i dont show up for a session, he pushes me harder at the next one. He keeps me accountable and make sure i am doing what i am suppose to be doing. The gym itself is great. Love all the different equipment and my favorite thing is the tire flip. I was impressed to see that at the gym. Its always clean when i go. For $34 a month, which includes daycare, you cant beat that price. Other places charge way more when there is daycare."
"**GENERAL MANAGER NEEDED***This place been open a year, and it’s already look like a gym that has been open for over a decade with broken non-functional equipment (cable machines & treadmills & Broken TV) in the men’s lockers room all has been non-functional and broken for months now. This gym has immature staff that lacks work ethics skills at young ages to clean and greet people as they come in. In addition to the high turnover in keeping staff and trainers seems impossible. Corporate needs to start fresh and hire a real general manager to lead and train new staff and fire all of the lazy useless staff they hired since Zeb resigned."
"I’m not impressed with the dust bunnies/hair balls everywhere. Pieces of paper towels all over the floors. The front door nearly slammed shut on us while we walked in. I noticed the change in the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere at the gym about a month or so back. You don’t see employees cleaning the gym like they used to. Do they even know what a vacuum or mop is? We used to see the floor cleaner being used around the gym almost every time I would be at the gym. Is it broken?"
