"Worked here twice, my grandmother was in this facility multiple times before she passed and my uncle was here after his cancer diagnosis. The therapy team is terrific; you won't find a better one in this area. The facility is well taken care of and clean, and despite having some upheaval in the administration department in recent years, overall things run pretty smoothly. If you have a loved one that is need of top-notch rehabilitation following a surgery or late in life, they'll get their needs met and then some at Encompass."
"What can I say about Encompass health. This is my third time to the facility and once again I'm not disappointed. The staff there is very friendly and and a anticipate your needs. Megan and Kylie in PT worked with me I am a bilateral amputee and came here for rehabilitation to learn how to walk again. And live in occupational therapy made my stay here a blast we worked out together but she made it fun and we laughed the whole time. I am also a hemodialysis patient period and then I met her, Michelle. And my heart dropped down to the feet I no longer have. And while hemodialyst was not the first thing on my list Josh and Michelle made it pleasurable. Also the food is not bad so if you have to go to rehab I would choose a Compass Health every time. Thank you guys "You rock""
"11/7/2023 Hey guys this Jeremy Minchew There's one physical therapist. I want to talk about Georgia. She's a wonderful physical therapist. If you get to work with birthday, please do shall take you to the cafeteria or down to the other hallway. Where's busy? Please get to work weather. Because I get Irene. I rate her what a 100%. She was a fantastic physical therapist. It was between her or Dolores because was Occupational therapist and she was busy all the time. I ranked down both a 100% on what they did. And if they get this I want. They said I want them to see what I posted on this on the wall. Because I love them like a family member. Stay put like say if I was upset or something. They put a smile on my face everyday when I was laying in the bed They were the ones that encouraged me to get up and do what I needed to do for my therapy session. Georgia, help me walk the lorest. Got me up, brush my teeth. Get me a shoburp and she did exercise with me. What my favorite therapist is. And now I'm living in Harrison Arkansas with my family. They help me get the best part of my life. I'm proud of that. I love being a part of their family in compass. Health and rehab got me apart. Where I need to be. Thank you. I ranked down a 100%."
"My spouse suffered a stroke in June of 2023. My spouse spent 4 weeks at Encompass, for rehabilitation. The therapists at Encompass are amazing. Words will never express the exceptional care and professionalism the Physical Therapist, Speech Pathologist, and Occupational Therapist provided her. We will be forever grateful to these amazing people! Some of the nursing staff were amazing. However, several of the facility lacked the bedside manner one would expect with a patient and their family."
"This place is a complete joke. My sister was sent there straight from the hospital. The communication between the 2 was awful. My sister just got over Covid & pneumonia. Recently had a feeding tube put in. She’s been weak so they sent her here for how weak she had become. Upon arrival, they put my sister in a room with someone who had Covid just to put her at risk. Before every going, they told my mom that they would make sure she was given a private room due to my mom staying with her. She pitched a fit until they done exactly what they said they would do. They tried to leave the room & was told they couldn’t because they claimed my sister still had Covid. They retested after my mom demanded it, it was negative. Flash forward: on the second day there, they have managed to forget to give my sister the food through the feeding tube. Mom asked for it one done where it was then ignored. My mom luckily has watched it be done several times so thankfully my sister got her foo but it wasn’t from anyone who is employed. They also had overheard where a patient was demanding for their paperwork because they were going home. She could hear the nurses yelling at this couple. Many that my sister & mother have dealt with have been very disrespectful, rude & just down right awful when it comes to care. All I have to say is after reviewing & research, this place hasn’t just been awful to her.Sounds like some lawyers need to be called & someone make a call to who’s needed to be involved to have this place investigated!"
