"I ALWAYS experienced anxiety whenever it was time for my routine blood work, mainly because I never knew if I'd have to deal with Janet. However, today was different. My experience with Misty was wonderful, relaxing, and friendly. She was warm, caring, humorous, and easy to converse with. Although she encountered some difficulty in locating my lab orders, she eventually found them. It seems like there's an internal organizational issue that needs addressed; perhaps implementing alphabetized folders for storing orders instead of having them all in one pile spanning weeks could be beneficial. Just a suggestion. Nonetheless, today's experience was essentially drama-free. Just knowing that I would not have to deal with Janet ever again made it feel like a six-star experience. I walked out with a smile on my face, rather than feeling worthless. Thank you Misty for your compassionate demeanor and professionalism!"
"Terrible service, had an employee on site for an employee wellness screening with the correct authorization form. The "lead" and whoever else was on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and said they could not do the service but could do a biometric screen with body measurements. I said that sounds like the same thing let's go ahead and do that. They said well you need to call the corporate office to figure out what you need. I said no I need exactly what you just said let's please do it, if you need a new authorization with a different code, even though the code I've used it what I've used at every LabCorp that offers this service and never had an issue, please just let me know YOUR code and I'll re-send. They said well we don't know what the code is. Had to send employee somewhere else."
"Got here at 11:10 and they are closed. 11:30-12:30 for lunch, but 20 minutes early... That's ridiculous. You could have taken my blood and still gone to lunch in time... But locking the lobby doors during business hours like that, I'm pretty sure is illegal ... The owner of LabCorp (supposedly) keeps the same cookie cutter response coming to each negative review, about "investigating further" but looks like corporate "IDGAF" is in full force here. Thanks for nothing. Guess I'll die from my auto-immune before you guys even try and improve your customer service..."
"I was reading the reviews from this location and I was extremely surprised. I have been there several times with my mother in law and actually had an interaction with the supervisor Matt. He was extremely kind, understanding and resolve our issue quickly. During this situation I was able observe how Matt worked and spoke to staff. He was respectful and explained how he was going to resolve our issue as a teaching moment. I appreciate a leader who talks to and explains things in a kind way to not make anyone feel disrespect, even myself or my mother in law."
